Welcome to Rien-A-Porter, a multi-brand luxury e-commerce platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. General Information

    Rien-A-Porter is operated by RP LLC, registered in Armenia under Registration number: 286.110.1444685, with a registered address at 35 Pushkin str., space 10, Yerevan 0002, Republic of Armenia.

    These Terms & Conditions comply with the Consumer Protection Law of Armenia and other applicable regulations. These terms apply to all users worldwide and may be updated as we expand into new markets.

  2. Ordering and Payment

    • The prices on our website are displayed in the local currency for each country. However, you will be charged in AMD when making a purchase, so the final price may differ slightly due to the exchange rate and depends on your bank exchange rate.
    • Prices include VAT where applicable.
    • Customs duties for international orders (outside the Eurasian Economic Union) are the buyer's responsibility.
    • We accept major credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods. Payment upon delivery is possible in Yerevan only.
    • For orders outside Armenia payments must be completed before order processing.
    • If a payment fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination:

    • Domestic (Armenia): Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
    • International orders — delivery time depends on the destination and can be checked on checkout. For international orders (outside the Eurasian Economic Union) may incur customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
    • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays.

  4. Returns and Refunds

  5. Intellectual Property

    All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of RP LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or purchased products.

  7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Armenian courts unless stated otherwise.

  8. Consumer Rights

    Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the consumer’s country of residence. This shall not deprive consumers of their right to bring claims in courts of their place of residence, where such right is mandatory under applicable law.

  9. Cookies and Privacy

    We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze website traffic, and personalize content. RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • For all purchases returns are accepted within 14 days — for online purchases counted from the date of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
    • Non-returnable items include:
      • Final sale items, personalized/custom-made products.
      • Earrings, lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, and personal care products (due to hygiene regulations under Armenian law).
      • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  2. Return Process

    1. Submit a return request to info@rien-a-porter.com e-mail address and follow the instructions.
    2. Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund within 5-10 business days.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • For exchanges, any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  4. Exchanges

    Exchanges are not possible currently, please make a return and submit a new order.

  5. In-Store Returns (If Applicable)

    • Items purchased online can only be returned via courier unless specified otherwise.
    • If in-store returns are allowed, customers must present a valid purchase receipt.
